Ordering with a credit card

Once your order is paid with a CREDIT CARD the credit card is instantly processed,   and an order confirmation will be emailed to you with a link to   download the file. The link can be found towards the bottom of the page   under the description of the product.

Ordering via PayPal

PayPal is NOT instantly authorized,   and must be authorized manually via their portal. If your order is   placed during office business hours Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm   EST (excluding major holidays), you should receive the link to download   the file in the email confirmation within 20 minutes. Orders received   beyond these hours will be processed and files emailed on the next   business day. The link to download the document will be sent via the order confirmation email, and the link to download the file will be under the product description.

Ordering via alternative methods

If   choosing to order via check, Western Union, etc, we will have to wait   to receive payment before we authorize the order. We do not recommend   using these methods of ordering as it may take some time to process the   order.
